Return and Exchange Policy The store does not accept exchange or return except in the following cases only: - Presence of a clear manufacturing defect in the product upon receipt. - Receiving a different product from the one ordered as confirmed in the invoice. Conditions: - Report within a maximum of 24 hours from receiving the order. - Attach clear photos of the product showing the defect. - The product must be in its original condition and unused. - The product will be received from the customer within 1-3 days; after that, it will not be accepted. In case a defect is confirmed: - The store bears all shipping costs. - The product will be replaced or the amount refunded (according to what the store deems appropriate after verification). Cases not covered by return or exchange: - Change of size after order completion. - Change of opinion or disinterest in the product. - Entering incorrect data or measurements by the customer. - Since the product is made specifically for the customer, it cannot be resold. Order cancellation - Orders can only be canceled before the start of execution. - After starting the execution, cancellation or modification is not possible.
